• Cindralia starts bombing the entire island of Nelphis. The Council of Eltarchs surrenders.
• The North Wing of the Medonis Museum is destroyed.

• The young, eccentric architect Tenelly is tasked with the Medonis Museum's reconstruction.

• Purple Twilight. During three days, the Worldcoral defends against a human attack. The Lustrals, acting as the Coral's antibodies, start killing citizens. In the end, the Worldcoral's dome explodes.

The Sedater Spinel dies. The Sedater Klow Carven saves many lives with the help of the Sergeant and becomes a hero for the city of Nelphis.

• Random people gifted with a corallian power start appearing.
• The police chief notices Klow is diving into depression. She advises him to adopt a cat, a dog, to take medication and to follow therapy. Klow quickly follows her superior's advice.

• The police chief introduces Klow to a new partner: Jovy Vesperos.
• The Nelphis government chooses the name "corallian heralds" for the Coral-blessed individuals. The name is meant to echo the previous denomination "Corallian Champions", while reserving the capital letters for the Champions and establishing a distinction. Heralds seem to be considerably less powerful than the rare and messianic Champions.

• After some hard training under Klow's supervision, Jovy is getting better at his Sedater job. Klow and Jovy become best friends.

• Klow and Jovy both win the Silver Righteous Shears, high distinction in the Sedater forces.
• During the one-legged goat story, Jovy meets the journalist Tilda Praguna. They become close friends.
• Chois, Hituary 27, 3502: Vitriol Tenebrae attacks Nelphis' main museum, looking for clues about the whereabouts of an ancient artifact. Tilda follows Vitriol to stop him and calls her friend Jovy. Jovy and Klow reach the museum. Events related in Pantagrame Quest.
